Melissa Briggs came to us bringing with her 22 years of healthcare and property management experience. She began her career in the Jan San Industry with Wind Associates 6 years ago and is now in charge of Customer Service, Inside Sales Support, Quotes and  Bids. She has 27 years of combined experience.

Kayla briggs


Kayla Briggs has spent the last ten years in automotive sales customer service and accounting.  She joined Wind Associates in January 2019.  Kayla will be handling commissions, customer service and inside sales.  

sidi Mckenzie


Sidi McKenzie has been in the Jan San industry for 3 years working with Wind Associates as a pricing administrator.  She has 15 years of combined experience in customer service, account management and sales.

Kaye Moen


Kaye Moen began her career in the sanitary supply industry working part time in the Wind Associates office.  Sixteen years later Kaye is now the office manager and her duties also include bookkeeping,  account management, customer service & inside sales.  She has 28 years of experience in a variety of fields such as; payroll and small business management.  Kaye enjoys photography, acrylic painting and crocheting. 

Casey Partridge


Casey Partridge has 17 years of experience.  The past 6 years have been spent working with Wind Associates. Prior to Wind Associates Casey spent 9 years with Procter and Gamble as a Retail Market Manager and 4 years with Ames International as a Regional Account Manager on the food service side. Casey comes with a diverse background in both retail and food service that has transitioned nicely into commercial sales.

Tad Lambert has 20 years of experience with over 13 years as a manufacturer sales representative in the Jan/San Industry.  His career has included work with Georgia Pacific, Royal Vacuums and the last three years with Wind Associates.  His additional experience includes Retail Management, Marketing/Advertising, and Purchasing.

Tamara has been with Wind since 2016.  She brings 14 years’ experience in the construction industry from project management for residential housing to Regional sales management in flooring.  Tamara is currently the Architectural Consultant for Wind Northwest and spends her days educating architects and designers on products and code compliance in an effort to provide the right products for their project.  Tamara also provides continuing education for architects and designer related to building codes, fire codes, multi-gen and multicultural design, as well as, sustainability. 

Wind Associates is pleased to welcome Kurt Rosenfeld to our team. He came to us with an advertising and sales background.  Kurt spent 10 years in the Advertising Industry and then moved to the Jan San Industry.  He spent 6 ½ years working in facility sales.  Kurt will be covering Western Washington along with Southern Idaho.  Kurt is very excited to be on the Wind Associates team and he looks forward to meeting his customers and helping them develop new business.  Kurt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.  His hobbies include camping and hiking.

Mel Lavender


Mel@windassoc.comMel Lavender joins the Wind Associates team from Denver Colorado. He is married to Maribeth Lavender and along with their three sons, have made Colorado their home for the last 17 years. He is a 14-year veteran of the United States Army and a 20-year veteran of the Janitorial Maintenance Industry.  He began his sales journey in 1999 and has experience with Fort James/Georgia Pacific, Deb Skincare, Pioneer Eclipse and Filmop USA.  He will be managing a territory that consists of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico.  He enjoys hiking, fishing and hunting when he is not working his territory.  Mel is very excited about his new position and looks forward to working with you to grow your sales.

Mike Martin


Mike Martin has 47 years of experience including 11 years with Wind Associates.  Mike has had a diverse career in the paper, packaging, and sanitary supply industries that includes 23 years in distribution sales and management, 12 years in wholesaling sales and management and 11 years as a multi-line manufacturer’s representative.

John Beers


John Beers has been in the sanitary supply industry for 29 years.  He started as a regional manager for Flo-Pac in 1990.  He joined Wind Associates in 1998.  He has been an owner of Wind Associates since 2003 and took over as President in 2009.  He served on the YES Council from 1998-2003 and received the YES Industry Special Achievement Award in 2003 because of his dedication to the council.  John has completed two tours with the ISSA Manufacturers Representative Council.  He is currently serving on the ISSA Board of Directors as the Representative Director. 

dave morrison


Dave Morrison has been in the sanitary supply industry as a manufacturer’s rep for 30 years. He started working in the business with his father for a rep firm that his grandfather started in 1912. Dave merged his company with Wind Associates in 2000 and became an owner in 2007. Dave enjoys outdoor activities - snow skiing in the winter, hiking and backpacking in the summer. He lives in the Portland area and has been married to his wife Mindy for 25 years with two grown children, Ross and Kassie.
